For portuguese I would Suggest Nova Versão Internacional and Almeida Revista e Atualizada

For Dutch, I would recommend the Statenvertaling (http://www.statenvertaling.net/). Additionally the Herziene Statenvertaling (http://www.herzienestatenvertaling.nl/) can be used, but this translation is not yet finished.
